Robin Ince who co-presents Radio 4’s science programme – The Infinite Monkey Cage - with Professor Brian Cox will be bringing his hilarious one-man show to the Theatre on Friday 15 May at 7.30pm.
Known for his comic presentations on rational thinking and science, ‘Blooming Buzzing Confusion’ is a follow-up to his previous solo show ‘In (and Out of) His Mind’ and will take a humorous look into how much free will anyone can actually have.
Robin Ince has enjoyed a varied and distinguished career as a comedian, writer and actor, which started in the 1990s as a stand-up comedian in Brixton pubs. He has also toured with Ricky Gervais and often appears in Ricky’s pod casts.
A Sony Gold Award winner, three times Chortle Award winner and Time Out Outstanding Achievement Award winner, he is author of Robin Ince’s Bad Book Club and co-wrote a feature film called Razzle Dazzle, which opened at the New York Children’s Film Festival.
Robin has written for many newspapers and magazines, including New Statesman, The Big Issue, Times Eureka magazine, Alan Moore’s Dodgem Logic, The Times, Daily Telegraph, and Guardian Guide.
