The Theatre is taking part in the 'Love Being Local' day on Sunday 2 April when people living in and around Richmond can have free entry to the town's key tourist attractions.
The Georgian Theatre Experience, The Green Howards Museum, Richmond Castle, and Richmondshire Museum are all opening their doors for no charge from 10am on the day. The event has been organised by the Welcome to Richmond Group.
It is a great opportunity for Richmondshire residents to remind themselves of the history and heritage that’s right on their doorstep or discover places they haven't yet visited.
To gain free admission on the day, residents should bring some documentation proving their Richmondshire residency.
The Station, which does not charge an admission fee, is supporting the initiative, with a free guided tour at 2pm. Tours of the Theatre will take place on the hour from 10am until 4pm.
