Acoustic roots duo, Mambo Jambo serve up hot sounds from around the world, mixing authentic styles from Latin America - especially Cuba and Brazil, the Caribbean and Africa, bluegrass and Eastern European music with their own compositions. Pete and Frankie play sax, clarinet, guitar, tres (traditional Cuban guitar), banjo, flute, Brazilian ukulele (cavaquinho), various percussion, occasional accordion -and even a suitcase!

Well-known for their strong and harmonious vocals as well as their versatility, these two musical adventurers have played and studied as far a-field as Havana, Borneo and Brazil. Closer to home, they've made festival appearances in the Shetlands, Sidmouth, Cork, Musicport and Beverley. Catch them for this special gig in Richmond!
