Northallerton Band was formed in 1793, seven years after the opening of the Georgian Theatre Royal. The fortunes of the band like that of the theatre waxed and waned over the years. Today, however, Northallerton Silver Band is a flourishing, non-contesting brass band that enjoys full and varied concert seasons throughout the year. Well-known for their family concerts throughout the region including Saltburn Bandstand and in Masham, Kildale and Northallerton, this is NSB's first performance in the Georgian Theatre Royal. www.northallertonsilverband.co.uk Please note: the Box office is closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday but open from 10am - 7.30pm on Easter Saturday. |
