24th March • 7.30pm Directed by Suzy Brown RADS continues its enduring partnership with the Georgian Theatre Royal by presenting Noel Coward’s favourite play. Written in London in just five days during the blitz of World War II, Blithe Spirit portrays the chaos which ensues when the dotty psychic Madame Arcarti manages to conjure up the spirit of Charles Condomine’s dead wife Elvira. Needless to say, Charles’ present wife Ruth is not too pleased about his former wife’s influence. Will Madame Arcarti resolve the situation by once again asking "is there anyone there?" |
